Server room mystery

Thank you for you assistance in the path to having this resolved. I understand that not everyone knows the problem right away. I hope that you can point me in the right direction to figure it out. Any clues?

A small room, rectangular, dimensions 10, by 6, by 10 feet.
JUNIPER ROUTER / SRX210

SR2024 Linksys Server Board -1000Mps

25 Ipads
4 Desktops
21 Ipads in usage max capacity.
COPIER-Industrial.

SYMPTOMS
NETWORK GOES OUT- RESETS DO BRING IT BACK ON OCCASIONS
Complete reset
AP CABLE RESTART

TRIGGERS, ALARM, SOUNDS-are auditory symptoms

PC
DESKTOP SYSTEM FILES MOVE

IT MIGHT JUST BE HAUNTED! That's the only explanation so far.

Are the alarms and network issues coming from the Router? Is the router firmware up-to-date?

Also, do you have a good Anti Virus installed in the Desktops? Is Windows fully patched in them?
