What is this program on my computer? I have read that it is a back door
virus. am I right or wrong? This is the program "Acronis Scheduler Helper".
How do I remove it, please help !

Just wanting to let who ever know that i am running XP Home. Just trying to
find out how to remove this program ASAP

It appears to be legitimate, if you have Acronis installed on your system..
