How to Customize Keyboard in Windows 7
Keyboard option in the Control Panel allows you to customize your keyboard settings. You can:

1. Click the Start and then choose the Control Panel option.
2. Control Panel window opens up. Click Keyboard.
3. Keyborad properties window opens up.
4. By default the Speed tab is enabled. From this tab, adjust the Character repeat rate and cursor blink rate.
Click Apply and Ok to save the changes made to the keyboard settings.
5. Click Hardware tab, to see the current Keyboard Detail.
Click Properties button to view keyboard's properties. By default the General tab is shown.
Click Drivers tab to view keyboard's drivers details.
