| I cannot open any of the Office 2007 programs. I am using Windows Server 2008, fully updated. I get the following error: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BEX Application Name: WINWORD.EXE Application Version: 12.0.6514.5001 Application Timestamp: 4a8e09fd Fault Module Name: unknown Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Offset: 00000000 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Data: 00000008 OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.18.10 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: LCID: 1033 Brand: Office12Crash skulcid: 1033 Read our privacy statement: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?link...3&clcid=0x0409 What does this mean, and how can I correct it?
