Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

If no error message, are you able to move or delete the email message
that is stuck in the Outbox?

the server name you entered is incorrect...

Gmail has instructions for enabling POP and for configuring Windows
Mail....

Wow, you messed up that reply...

What type of email account are you trying to setup? Who is the provider?
