Default Retrieving mail from some addresses

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and Outlook 2003. I have five email
addresses with Gmail. I set up Outlook for all five addresses. However, when
I retrieve the messages from four of the five, the mail is retrieved
successfully. When I try to retrieve the mail from the fifth however, Outlook
says that it is being done successfully but in fact none of the 27 messages
in that Mail Inbox were retrieved. Can anyone figure out why that might be
so? Is there any settiong I may have forgotten to set?

Do you access that gmail mailbox by any other means, including your web
browser?
