![]() Restoring a PC allmost allways destroys all data.
Unless you have data backups, inc email, and the actual installation file you have allmost certainly lost it. If you have proof of purchase, order email & credit card receipt you may be able to obtain a copy "jc" <jc@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:AB16CDF0-479B-496B-BDA0-DC710474FF26@microsoft.com... >I looked on the conf. e-mail that micosoft sent me after I ordered it on >line > and the code is not there. ![]() Here is the Customer Service link for Microsoft Office Online
https://buy20.trymicrosoftoffice.com...?culture=en-US Include as much information as you have about the purchase. If you used a Windows Live ID at purchase time, you should be able to retrieve a copy of your invoice using the "Purchase History" link. They do respond within 1 business day. The entry of the product code will not "unlock" documents - you have to ACTIVATE the product as well. Have you done so? -- Asking a question? Please tell us the version of the application you are asking about, your OS, Service Pack level and the FULL contents of any error message(s) Sponsored Links |
