Experiences with Microsoft Home Use Program (MS HUP)?
Hello.
I was reading that I could buy Office from Microsoft Home Use Program (MS HUP) at discounted costs as a contractor (and employee which I'm not) on my personal non-work computer. However, its fine prints said I could only use it when I am working for the employer. If I ever leave, then I would have to stop using it. How do they know when people leave? Does Office have a phone home system to to disable or something when this happens? Thank you in advance. -- "You feel the faint grit of ants beneath your shoes, but keep on walking because in this world you have to decide what you're willing to kill." --Tony Hoagland from "Candlelight" Note: A fixed width font (Courier, Monospace, etc.) is required to see this signature correctly. /\___/\ Ant(Dude) @ http://antfarm.ma.cx (Personal Web Site) / /\ /\ \ Ant's Quality Foraged Links: http://aqfl.net | |o o| | \ _ / If crediting, then use Ant nickname and AQFL URL/link.
