Default Elimination of OS choice in Boot Manager

I have XP Pro installed. I recently installed Roxio Back On Track and it did
not perform for me so I uninstalled per Roxio Clean Uninstall instructions.
Everything disappeared except a choice at boot up between Roxio Back on Track
and my xp pro OS. Roxio does not appear in my boot.ini file, but xp pro
appears on partition 2. My boot.ini file:
[boot loader]
timeout=0
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOW S
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Windo ws XP Professional"

Any advice on getting rid of the Roxio choice?

Thanks
